HOMERUN!!

When 2012 was approaching, we decided on setting some personal goals. At first it was just a Mom thing, but Abby wanted in on the action. We thought of some really great goals for Abby, knowing it would take a good amount of work to accomplish these goals, she was willing to put in the work.

Today Abby hit a 2 run, over the fence HOMERUN! Now, she is an excellent baseball player, and we all knew she had it in her, but even then it was such a wonderful shock!! She did it, she just creamed the ball way over the fence, and she ran with pride and with the biggest smile on her sweet face.

We of course were too busy to catch it on tape, but it's permanently sealed in mine and Ben's heart and mind for forever. I cried. I was so proud. So so so proud. She has put in the work, and she has reaped the benefits.
